When does the programme begin and when is the best time to arrive at Cologne?

The program starts yearly in September. Every year we inform our students when should they arrive at the latest and when is the arranged accommodation available. The first week of September is an "orientation week" when we help the students with all official matters, like registration at the city hall, at the university, opening a bank account etc.

Students who come after this period have to deal with it themselves.
